In my previous post I installed Server Management Tools on a local Windows Server 2016 Core.
Server Management Tools is a gateway between on premise servers and your Azure Portal.
Once the gateway is configured, we are able to manage on premise servers like we manage servers hosted in Azure.
In this blog post I am Windows updating a nano server hosted in my local environment – from Azure Portal.
If you prefer using PowerShell, this is also an option from the Azure Portal.
